1. Issuer

Nordico gift cards are issued by Nordico Coffee House S.R.L. for eligible products or services identified at purchase.

2. Delivery and activation

Digital delivery details, recipient information and activation timing must be entered accurately. Contact us if delivery fails.

3. Use and balance

Cards may be used up to the available balance. If the order exceeds the balance, another accepted payment method is required.

4. Restrictions

Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards, resold commercially, redeemed for cash except where legally required, or combined in ways the checkout does not support.

5. Expiry and fees

The exact expiry period and any inactivity rule must be confirmed against Costa Rican and destination consumer law before publication. Nordico should avoid inactivity fees unless operationally necessary and lawful.

6. Loss and fraud

Treat the code like cash. We may replace a lost code only where ownership and remaining balance can be verified. Fraudulent use may be blocked.

7. Refunds

Refund treatment depends on the original purchase, applicable law and whether value has been used. Refunds for purchases made with a card may be returned to the same card balance.
