1. Recurring service

A subscription authorises recurring charges and shipments at the frequency and configuration shown before checkout.

2. Price and renewal

The renewal price, discount, tax and shipping are shown at signup and may change only with legally sufficient notice. Promotions may apply only to the first order unless stated.

3. Customer control

Available controls may include pause, skip, change, reschedule or cancel. Changes must be completed before the displayed processing cut-off to affect the next renewal.

4. Product availability

Classic, Discovery and Adventure plans may use curated substitutions within the plan promise. A favourite-coffee subscription will not be substituted without permission unless the product terms clearly state a rotating selection.

5. Payment failure

Failed payments may be retried. Shipments are not required until payment succeeds. Repeated failure may place the subscription on hold or cancel it.

6. Shipping

Rates and free-shipping eligibility follow the subscription offer and destination. Selected U.S. stock may ship domestically only when the exact subscribed variant is available at the authorised fulfilment location.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically cancel an order already processed. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

8. Communication

Renewal, payment, account and service messages are transactional. Marketing requires the appropriate permission and can be unsubscribed separately.
