Nordico is first and foremost a specialty coffee roastery. We work exclusively with Costa Rican coffee, developing roast profiles that respect each lot and make its origin clear in the cup. Our café in Tamarindo is where people can drink what we roast; our coffee brand is made to travel far beyond it.
Coffee is the medium through which Nordico connects people with Costa Rica, its producers, biodiversity and craft. The whale remains our symbol of that connection across places and cultures.
